Panther Walking Route: The Panther Walking Route is designed to boost your well-being and physical activity, and to help you learn more about the Pittsburgh campus.  The Panther Walking Route includes 10 stops throughout the Pittsburgh campus. Each stop includes a sign with a QR code to scan to learn more about the stop, why you're there, and some fun facts about sustainability initiatives and opportunities to improve your wellness here at Pitt!  Each stop provides opportunities to engage in mindfulness activities and one-minute fitness routines:

Mindful Movement: a mindfulness activity that can be done while walking from one stop to the next

One-Minute Fitness: a short fitness activity that can be done at each stop

Savor the Moment: a brief activity that can be done at each stop that includes mindfulness, gratitude, savoring, grounding, etc.
