Year-End Tax Form Information

2024 Forms W-2 will be available no later than Jan. 31, 2025. We will update this notice once the Forms W-2 are available.

2024 Forms 1042-S will be available no later than Mar. 15, 2025.

If you are active, inactive, terminated, or when there is a Pitt Worx outage, you may access ADP directly by creating a separate University of Pittsburgh ADP account.

If you are an active employee with Pitt Worx access, you may view Forms W-2 at my.pitt.edu > Pitt Worx > Me > Form W2 Information.

If you did not opt in for an electronic Form W-2, a hard copy will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2025, to the address in Pitt Worx as of Dec. 31, 2024. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
