2025 Forms W-2 are now available online if you opted in for an electronic version.

If you did not opt in for an electronic Form W-2, a hard copy was mailed via USPS to your address that was in Pitt Worx as of 12/31/2025. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. You may still opt in with these instructions.

2025 Forms 1042-S will be available no later than March 16, 2026.

If you are an active employee with Pitt Worx access, you may view Forms W-2 at my.pitt.edu > Pitt Worx > Me > Form W-2 Information.

If you are active, inactive, terminated, or if there is a Pitt Worx outage, you may access ADP directly by creating a separate University of Pittsburgh ADP account.
