NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania (NWWPA) have been offering financial and homebuyer services since 1968. Their coaches and educators are trauma-informed, certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and NeighborWorks America. Every year, they continue their education to maintain relevant certifications and stay up to date on industry regulations and programs so that you can be confident you are getting the most knowledgeable advice.

NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania provides all of their homebuyer and homeowner services virtually. Their employees are available by phone or email and use Zoom for their counseling appointments. As such, University employees from all campuses can work with their coaches and educators.
