This program focuses on the fundamental and critical skills that supervisors need to be highly effective in the day-to-day leadership and management of their staff. It consists of a mix of web-based courses and classroom intersessions to support learning and application. Participants of this program agree to participate and complete all scheduled program content.

As a cohort, participants will move through the each level program as an intact group. In addition to learning content, this format will enable participants to build a network and peer coaching relationships for ongoing support after the program is completed.
