Open Enrollment takes place April 30 through May 14, 2025

for coverage effective July 1, 2025
 

Open Enrollment has now ended for active employees.

Eligibility: Employee benefits eligibility varies based on an individual’s employment classifications (i.e., job type, full-time equivalence) in accordance with the University benefits provisions. Please refer to the eligibility charts on our main Benefits page when reviewing the benefits you are eligible for.

No matter your union status, you are still eligible to participate in Open Enrollment, if employed in a benefits-eligible role.
