March Wellness Challenge: Be a Healthy Weight PRO

Spring is almost here, and we’ll soon get to feel the warm weather outside. If you’d like to make some improvements around your weight, our next Wellness for Life challenge is for you! Be a Healthy Weight PRO encourages participants to incorporate best-practice nutrition strategies for reaching or maintaining a healthy weight.

To earn points toward your Health Incentive Reward Dollars: You must track your healthy food swaps 12 times in four weeks to receive up to 25 points.
