The HR Medical Advisory Committee was established through Shared Governance to optimize the design, implementation, and communication of employee benefits programs within the University, ensuring alignment with employee needs, industry best practices, and the University’s strategic goals. The MAC supports the overall employee experience and promotes employee well-being and engagement through innovative and competitive benefits offerings.
