Customer Care for Human Resources and Payroll-related Inquiries
We are the dedicated point of contact for the departments within the University's Office of Human Resources and the Office of the CFO's Payroll Department. Our team will help answer your questions or ensure that we route the question to the appropriate subject matter experts within 72 hours.
Providing Assistance with Human Resources and Payroll Systems
The Client Services Team is experienced in the Human Resources and Payroll systems used at the University by both employees and applicants. We are trained in the related compliance and regulatory obligations required by federal, state, local, and University governing bodies.
Develop New and Improved Systems and Processes
Client Services utilizes the Salesforce platform to submit and track service requests and provide insight into the needs of our client base. Our mission is to provide you with the resources that you need to answer your questions, or to put you in contact with the subject matter experts who can answer your questions. Our goal is continual improvement in our support so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
