Attention Pitt Employees Enrolled in Medical Coverage Through UPMC: UPMC's Member Services team will be switching to their summer hours from June 1 to September 30. The new summer hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon. The UPMC team is committed to providing the highest possible level of customer care service to all of our faculty and staff. This change in hours should not impact client expectations or experiences. The Office of Human Resources' Benefits Customer Service team will still be available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
