Earlier this month, the Office of Human Resources’ Benefits Department was recognized at the PSCA Signature Awards for their work alongside TIAA to enhance retirement plan offerings for University of Pittsburgh employees.

The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) advocates for retirement plans that put the employee first and set the standard for education so people can make informed choices about their retirement planning. As industry leaders, they host the annual PSCA Signature Awards to highlight companies and providers that go above and beyond for the people they represent. These awards not only showcase excellence in benefit offerings, but also communication and education regarding those benefits.

The University of Pittsburgh and TIAA were awarded first place in the Plan Changes category.  This is the same category they won third place in for the 2019 awards, so this exciting achievement signifies their dedication to consistently improving the employee experience.
