Pitt employees who wish to take advantage of in-person retirement counseling and financial advising services provided through our partnership with TIAA will soon do so at a new location!

TIAA's Pittsburgh Client Center, currently located at Bakery Square in Pittsburgh, will close today, Wednesday, July 3, at 4 p.m. ET.

On Thursday, July 11 at 9 a.m. ET, their new office location in the Liberty East Building at 141 South St. Clair Street, Suite 202, will open for scheduled visits.

Operating hours will remain the same at the new location: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, by appointment only.

There will be no change to TIAA user accounts, online access, or your financial Advisor.

Pitt employees with questions about the transition should contact TIAA at 800-842-2252, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET, or schedule an appointment with your Advisor.
