If you want to better manage your stress this year, we have the sessions to help you, now being offered on select Thursdays!
Step away from your desk and into stress reduction. The Office of Human Resources, through Wellness for Life, will offer these sessions one Thursday per month at Heinz Chapel from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM. There’s no registration required and it’s absolutely free! A Health Coach will present a variety of topics to help you learn valuable skills you can use in your everyday life.
The Mini Series will take place on the following dates:
- Jan. 9 - Mindfulness
- Feb. 13 - Guided Imagery
- March 13 - Chair Yoga
- April 10 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
- May 8 - Meditation
- June 12 - Five Senses
- July 10 - Stretching
- Aug. 14 - Mindfulness
- Sept. 11 - Guided Imagery
- Oct. 9 - Chair Yoga
- Nov. 13 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
- Dec. 11 - Meditation
