Rest, recharge, and refresh with November’s Wellness Challenge!

Need to improve your sleep habits? This month’s wellness challenge will focus on your sleep environment, building a routine, and learning how your lifestyle and your sleep quality are related. You will be tracking the number of days that you tried new tweaks to your existing sleep routine. As a bonus, participants can earn up to 25 points in the Wellness for Life program.

Ready to recharge? UPMC Health Plan members can register by visiting the Health Plan Access tile (formerly MyHealth Online) on my.pitt.edu. Just head to the "Better Health and Wellness" section, then the "Incentives with Wellness for Life" and lastly, click on the "Discover" tab.
