In a change designed to integrate all OHR technology support services, as of July 1, 2024, the Data Team Specialists who previously reported to the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) Department are now reporting to the Office of Human Resources’ (OHR) HCM Solutions Department.

The HCM Solutions Data Specialists are now reporting to HCM Solutions Data Team Manager Becky DiPerna, who recently rejoined OHR to take on this new role. She previously worked in the Shared Services Department before transferring to other University opportunities. Becky will report directly to Assistant Vice Chancellor of Customer Support, Data and Technology Jason Killmeyer, who oversees both the HCM Solutions and HRSS departments.

The HCM Solutions Data Team will continue to operate under two teams. One team supports staff, student, and All-Temp employee data and transactions, while the other team supports faculty, academics, research associates, certificates, and postdoctoral appointments. HCM Solutions has recently hired two new data team supervisors to lead each team who will be starting in late July/early August under Becky DiPerna’s leadership.
