Two Tofurkeys with One Stone: How to Make Your Meals Healthy and Sustainable: FSDP Workshop

May 3, 2018 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

A plant-based diet can be a great way to improve your health and reduce your greenhouse gas footprint associated with food choices. Knowing what to eat when meat isn’t on the dish can be difficult at first. In this workshop participants will learn about why a plant-based (meatless/low-meat) diet is important for your health and for reducing your environmental impact.

This workshop will be held in 342 Craig Hall and is open to all faculty and staff.
