In March 2025, the University of Pittsburgh is launching a 2025 Pitt Workplace Survey to hear first-hand from faculty and staff throughout all campuses about their workplace experience.

This survey establishes a baseline of where our institution is at today, helping us develop a plan for the future. The more Pitt employees who participate, the more informed the feedback will be be.

How do I take the survey?

To ensure the survey is available for all eligible employees, and to guarantee that your answers remain confidential and private, participation in the survey is by invitation only.

On Monday, March 31, all eligible employees will receive an email from our survey partner ModernThink, containing a personal survey link and passcode. The unique links and passcodes ensure data security. ModernThink will not share individual responses with the University, only aggregate results, making certain your feedback remains confidential.
