In alignment with the Mission and the Strategic Plan of the University of Pittsburgh, the Organization Development department of the Office of Human Resources partners with the Schools and Departments across the University Community to facilitate growth and transformation and manage challenge and change by providing services to support strategic alignment, enhance organizational effectiveness, and build workforce capacity.
We do this by:
