One-on-one health coaching services offer lifestyle support and allow you to customize your goals. Health coaching is free of charge for faculty and staff with a UPMC Health Plan, and is offered onsite, over the phone, and online.

Pitt also offers onsite health coaching that allows your faculty and staff to recharge and learn healthy tips that can be used at work or at home. A health coach can provide health and wellness services to your team or department, many of which can be done during breaks throughout the work day. The techniques and tips your faculty and staff learn can be transferred to life outside of the office for even more benefits.
